បញ្ហាដែលជនមានពិការភាពតែងជួបប្រទះនៅក្នុង ✅ ការអប់រំ ✅ ការទទួលបានអត្ថប្រយោជន៍សង្គម ✅ ការទទួលបានសេវាស្តារនីតិសម្បទា និង ✅ ការងារ ព្រមទាំងមតិដែលបានស្នើឡើងត្រូវបានចងក្រងនៅក្នុងឯកសារនេះក្នុងគោលបំណងដើរតួជាដំណោះស្រាយក្នុងការបង្កើនការចូលរួមរបស់ជនមានពិការភាពប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន។ ទោះបីជាកម្រងដំណោះស្រាយដែលបានចងក្រងនេះមិនអាចឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងអំពីបទពិសោធន៍ និងទស្សនៈរបស់ជនមានពិការភាពគ្រប់រូបក្តី ប៉ុន្តែដំណោះស្រាយដែលបានស្នើឡើងនេះអាចជាកាតាលីករសម្រាប់ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរវិជ្ជមាន បង្រួមគម្លាត និងបំបែករនាំងដល់ការចូលរួមរបស់ជនមានពិការភាពប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្នបាន។
គម្រោង «ឌីជីថលសម្រាប់ទាំងអស់គ្នា : ការចូលរួមរបស់ជនមានពិការភាពតាមរយៈប្រព័ន្ធឌីជីថល» បានចាប់ផ្តើមពីខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៣ ដល់ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៤ ទទួលបានការគាំទ្រថវិកាពីទីភ្នាក់ងារសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍអន្តរជាតិ (USAID) តាមរយៈគម្រោងគាំទ្រអង្គការសង្គមសុីវិល (CSS) នៃអង្គការសុខភាពគ្រួសារអន្តរជាតិ (FHI360) និងសហការអនុវត្តដោយសហគ្រាសសង្គម អ៊ែដ្យាយល៍ (Agile Development Group)។

Challenges that people with disabilities often face in ✅ Education ✅ Social Benefits ✅ Rehabilitation ✅ Employment as well as the proposed solutions are collated in this advocacy collated solutions for the purpose of increasing inclusive civic engagement for persons with disabilities. While these collated solutions may not reflect the experiences and perspectives of every person with disabilities, the proposed solutions can be a catalyst for positive change, narrowing gaps and breaking barriers to inclusive civic engagement for people with disabilities.
“Digital For All – Digital Inclusion for People with Disabilities” supported by USAID Cambodia through Civil Society Support (CSS) Activity under FHI360 Cambodia and co-implemented by Agile Development Group, with the goal of making civic engagement inclusive for people with disabilities.
