is a social enterprise with a passion for blending design thinking and enterprising solutions for people with disabilities
In Cambodia, 1.6 million people live with a disability
People with disabilities are generally the poorest among the poor, with very limited access to basic social services, education, skills or vocational training, job placement, and income-generating opportunities, thus exacerbating their poverty in Cambodian society.
At Agile, we are committed in merging design, innovation and enterprise together alongside people with disabilities to create a more accessible world.

Agile was established in Australia in 2012 and Cambodia in 2016, and has previously worked across the disability, women and youth spectrum with CBM Australia, Engineers without Borders, Massey University, World Vision Australia, Plan International, Development Innovations (USAID), Marie Stopes International, APLE, and SHE Investments. Our +7 years of expertise across these vulnerable groups positions Agile to better understand the barriers to vulnerable groups, especially the disability sector in Cambodia. Our long term partnerships with disabled people’s organizations (DPO’s) combined with our diligence in providing new opportunities for people with disabilities (PwD’s) has allowed our organization to become a leading social venture for PwD’s in Cambodia.
