អាយុគ្រាន់តែជាតួរលេខ អ្នកស្រី ដួង លី កំពុងតែឆ្ពោះទៅសហគ្រិនភាពក្នុងវ័យ ៦៧ឆ្នាំ ព្រមទាំងកំពុងបំបែកឧបសគ្គ និងបង្ហាញអោយយើងឃើញថាវាមិនយឺតពេលក្នុងការបន្តក្តីស្រមៃរបស់គាត់ឡើយ។ ទោះបីជាខ្លួនប្រឈមមុខនឹងបញ្ហាក៏ដោយ ស្ត្រីដែលមានភាពអត់ធ្មត់រូបនេះកំពុងប្រើប្រាស់បទពិសោធន៍ជីវិត និងទស្សនៈដ៏ពិសេសរបស់អ្នកស្រីដើម្បីបង្កើតអាជីវកម្មជោគជ័យមួយក៏ដូចជាបង្កើតលទ្ធផលវិជ្ជមាននៅក្នុងសហគមន៍របស់អ្នកស្រី។
វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើង និង អនុវត្តដោយ សហគ្រាសសង្គម អ៊ែដ្យាយល៍ (Agile Development Group) សហការជាមួយ អង្គការ អេដ អេ អាកស្យុង (AEA) តាមរយៈជំនួយឧបត្តម្ភពី សហភាពអឺរ៉ុប ក្រោមគម្រោង «សមាជិកនៃសម្ព័ន្ធភាពដើម្បីការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាព និងគាំទ្រសំឡេងដើម្បីសមធម៌សង្គម (CO-SAVED)» ក្នុងគោលបំណងអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរបស់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជារស់នៅក្នុងសហគមន៍ក្បែរឆ្នេរសមុទ្រដែលពឹងផ្អែកលើការនេសាទជាប្រភពចំណូលចម្បង។ គម្រោងមួយនេះត្រូវបានអនុវត្តចាប់ពីខែមករា ដល់ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ផ្តោតសំខាន់ទៅលើការជួយដល់សហគ្រិនស្ត្រីដែលមានពិការភាពក្នុងការកសាងអាជីវកម្មពីដំណាក់កាលដំបូង និង/ឬអាជីវកម្មដែលគ្រប់គ្រងដោយសហគ្រិនស្ត្រីដែលមានពិការភាពដែលនៅតែស្ថិតក្នុងដំណាក់កាលជាគំនិតអាជីវកម្មនៅឡើយ។

Age is just a number, Mrs. DOUNG Ly is on her way to entrepreneurship at 67 years old, is breaking barriers and proving that it is never too late to pursue her dreams. Despite facing challenges, this resilient woman is leveraging her life experiences and unique perspectives to create successful businesses and make a positive impact in her community.
This activity is initiated and co-implemented by Agile Development Group and Aide et Action (AEA) co-funded by the European Union in Cambodia under the project of “The Consortium for Sustainable Alternatives and Voice for Equitable Development (CO-SAVED)” in the purpose of improving the socio-economic development of Cambodians living in coastal communities who rely on fishing as their primary source of income. This program is implemented from January to July 2023 to help womenentrepreneurs with disabilities (WEDs) to build businesses from the ground up and/or businesses owned by WEDs that are still in their idea stage.
