មគ្គុទេសក៍នេះត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងរួមគ្នាតាមរយៈការស្រាវជ្រាវ និងពិគ្រោះយោបល់ជាមួយភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធនានាដូចជា ជនមានពិការភាព តំណាងរដ្ឋាភិបាល និយោជក អង្គការ/សហគ្រាសសង្គមក្នុងវិស័យពិការភាពព្រមទាំងបានបញ្ចាក់អំពីភាពចាំបាច់ក្នុងការបង្កើតបរិយាកាសគាំទ្រដល់ជនមានពិការភាពគ្រប់រូបដើម្បីទទួលបានការអប់រំ និងឱកាសការងារ ប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្នដែលនឹងឈានទៅរួមចំណែកដល់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។ អានបន្ថែមអំពីយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ និងការណែនាំតាមរយៈតំណភ្ជាប់ខាងក្រោម។
គម្រោង «ដំណើរឆ្ពោះទៅរកបរិយាបន្នការងារសម្រាប់ជនមានពិការភាព» បានចាប់ផ្តើមពីខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ ២០២១ ដល់ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ ២០២៣ សហការអនុវត្តដោយ អង្គការ
ភីពផលអុីននីតកម្ពុជា (People In Need Cambodia) និង សហគ្រាសសង្គម អ៊ែដ្យាយល៍ (Agile Development Group) តាមរយៈ មូលនិធីពីទីភ្នាក់ងារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សាធារណរដ្ឋឆែក (CzDA)។

These guidelines, which have been developed through extensive research and consultation with various stakeholders, including individuals with disabilities, government official representatives, employers, disability organizations/social enterprises, emphasize the need to create a supportive environment for people with disabilities to fully participate in inclusive education and employment that will contribute to the Cambodian economy. “Towards Inclusive Employment for People with Disabilities” was carried out from November 2021 to December 2023, co-implemented by People In Need Cambodia (PIN) and Agile Development Group funded by the Czech Development Agency (CzDA).
